The Role : Lead High-Stakes General Liability Defense

  • Litigation Leadership : Handle end-to-end defense in premises liability, auto / product claims, and employment tortsdraft motions, depose witnesses, negotiate settlements, and try cases in LA Superior Court.
  • Strategic Advocacy : Mitigate risks in high-exposure disputes, securing dismissals or sub-$500K resolutions in plaintiff-driven matters like wrongful termination or slip-and-fall trials.
  • Client Counsel : Advise on compliance, risk management, and dispute avoidance for corporates and insurers, leveraging the firms 70%+ pre-trial win rate.

    • Ideal Profile : Battle-Tested Litigators

  • Credentials : J.D. from an accredited program; active California Bar membership.
  • Experience : 3+ years in personal injury defense or general liability (premises, auto, or employment torts a plus); motion practice and discovery expertise required.
  • Traits : Sharp analytics, persuasive advocacy, client-focused hustle. SoCal networks a bonus.
