Your Mission

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the clinic while delivering high-quality, evidence-based healthcare. This role combines advanced clinical practice with operational oversight, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medication prescribing within regulatory standards. The Nurse Practitioner ensures compliance with health and safety protocols, manages staff performance, oversees pharmacy and medical supply control, and drives continuous improvement through audits and reporting. Additionally, the position plays a key role in occupational health case management, preventative health programs, and fostering a culture of excellence in patient care and well-being.

We are presently staffing for PRN Nurse Practitioners to provide casual weekend coverage at one of our industrial client sites in the Port Arthur, TX area. Shift coverage is for 7 : 00 am until 3 : 30 pm (day shift); 6 : 00 pm until 4 : 30 am (night shift) on Saturdays and Sundays. Candidates must be local to the area and able to commute.
