This Role Offers :

Competitive base salary with highly rewarding, uncapped commission structure.

Business expenses reimbursed (meals, mileage, lodging, etc.).

Optional straight commission model available after 12 months.

Focus :

Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities within the flexible packaging and distribution industry.

Maintain and expand an existing book of business while pursuing new client accounts.

Build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Meet or exceed sales targets for revenue growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RHP’s product offerings.

Skill Set :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in flexible packaging, distribution, or manufacturing industries.

Proven track record of generating $1M–$5M in sales annually.

Existing book of business in the packaging or related sectors is strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of packaging materials, including :

Plastic containment bags and load securing films

Labels, tapes, and other packaging materials

Custom poly solutions : shrink bundle film, pallet covers, stretch wrap, poly sheeting, and tubing

Packaging equipment : stretch wrappers, shrink bundle equipment, and strapping systems

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel 80%+ if not based in the Los Angeles region, including regular travel to HQ.
