The salary range for this position is $240,000 to $275,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Position Summary Salem Hospital, a member of Mass General Brigham and the largest community hospital on the North Shore, is seeking a full-time Board Certified / Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join our established and collegial Division of Endocrinology. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a collaborative and patient-centered environment with access to world-class resources.

About the Practice

• Join a robust, growing practice of 11 Endocrinologists and 1 Nurse Practitioner.
• Provide comprehensive endocrine services including diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, osteoporosis, and metabolic bone disease management.
• Opportunities for sub-specialization and clinical focus areas within Endocrinology.
• Collaborative team environment with access to on-site diabetes education, nutrition, and endocrine testing services.
• Inpatient endocrine consults supported by the group on a rotating schedule.
