Key Responsibilities
Manage lead creation, enrichment, and routing for the SDR team to ensure efficient lead handling
Analyze lead conversion and engagement data to identify trends and optimize SDR performance
Establish KPIs for SDR performance and provide regular insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in sales operations or business analysis, preferably in real estate or tech
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance metrics
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and CRM software
Fluent in written and spoken English
