Back of House Team Job Description :

Our Cheat's family is growing and we are looking to fill vacancies in our kitchen with someone who is able to contribute to the kitchen excellence of our restaurant.

The person we are hoping to employ is hospitable, organized, hard working and coachable. We are looking for a team player who can help us provide our customers with delicious food from our menu. In addition to great communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude is paramount.

A good candidate for this job is a person with attention to detail who works well with others, the rest we can teach you!

Main Responsibilities of a Back of House Team Member :

Back of House Team Members focus on the execution of the grill and making sure hot ingredients meet standards of food service safety regulations.

Detailed Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Set up workstations and kitchen equipment for daily operations.
  • Ensure the quality and proper preparation of ingredients.
  • Utilize various culinary techniques to prepare and cook food.

Back of House Team Member Job Requirements :

  • Evening and Weekend Availability is a must, Morning availability is a preferred bonus.
  • Must be able to cook on the flat top grill.
  • Must exemplify great attendance (showing up to work on time).
  • Must follow sanitation procedures.
  • Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must showcase great organizational skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
  • Must be able to stand on feet for 6-8 hours
