Technical Writer / Editor (with DOE Q clearance)

Harkcon, Inc. is supporting Dept of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of Secure Transportation (OST) and is hiring a Technical Writer to work in a strong team environment at NNSA OST Headquarters facilities in ABQ, NM.

In this role, you will :

Review and edit all types of highly sensitive documents, policies, agreements developed by others to ensure accuracy and quality of content, organization, language, format consistency, conformance with established standards, expression, readability, and editorial changes to text.

Author, edit, and review business documents such as reports, presentations, proposals, and briefings.

Research technical information and background information and prepare drafts for management review and approval.

Ensure final product meets or exceeds requirements or regulations.

Qualifications

Associate degree

OR

High school diploma and 2 years of related work experience is :

Related experience involves proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Clearance : DOE Q

This work will be done on-site at government facilities in Albuquerque, NM.
