Compensation

Is this Commission Only?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! We believe in paying exceptionally well for outstanding performance. Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a base salary with uncapped monthly commission and attractive monthly AND quarterly bonuses. The SKY is the LIMIT!

What does the Day to Day look like?

  • Make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services
  • Receive daily leads from our marketing team to connect with potential clients
  • Build relationships and educate clients on their insurance needs
  • Provide customized insurance solutions that fit their lifestyle & budget
  • Close deals and celebrate your wins!
  • Contribute to a culture of success and motivation

Requirement

Are you?

  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health (or willing to obtain!)
  • A self-starter with a relentless drive to succeed
  • A strong communicator who thrives in a sales environment
  • Coachable, adaptable, and ready to bring new ideas to the table
  • Passionate about helping people while crushing goals
