Data Entry Specialist

The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD  (“The HARRIS CENTER”) is looking for a Data Entry Specialist  to join our team, the Harris County Rise Program. Under the general supervision of the designated supervisor. The Data Entry Operator provides clerical and receptionist support for the administrative and program staff of the agency. The Data Entry Operator enters services data in accordance with departmental / organizational procedures into specific informational systems databases as well as into state agency data management systems. Position is also responsible for entering data, typing and filing.

Your role in action :

• Enters all services data in specific The Harris Center's data systems as needed.
• Maintains tracking spreadsheet of all staff submission of service data.
• Resolves or appropriately refers questions, requests, complaints and problems.
• Performs routine clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintains professional behavior and provides excellent customer service to both staff and

consumers.
