We're looking for a Senior Manager, ERP & Enterprise Business Applications to join our engineering & manufacturing company. This role will lead and drive the enhancements and technology implementations that empower our business applications and IT functions. This role directly collaborates with critical functions and leaders and product lines to identify, recommend, develop and implement efficient technology solutions within our ERP business applications systems. This role will also focus on leading the optimization of IT tools while ensuring alignment with business objectives to support the organizations over all efficiencies.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead the ERP Implementation for the enterprise.
• Lead and manage business applications process improvements and system enhancements for IT ERP / Non-ERP operations.
• Drive innovation across integrations including sales, planning, and project tools
• Manage an international team of 10+ analysts
• Design, identify, architect, implement and manage third party integrated solutions for shipping, warehouse management, CRM, Product configuration, and other internal applications.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to prioritize and manage customer requirements Also includes being able to distinguish user interface request from underlying true needs.
• Identify areas of opportunity, collaborate on solutions and implement within the organization to drive efficiencies and improvements within the ERP platform.
• Drive the creation and development of ERP and non-ERP integrated educational material and programs.
• Manage compliance including SOX audits.
