The team is exceptionally lean — around a dozen people — yet has already partnered with leading AI labs and generated multi-million-dollar quarterly revenue. Backed by top-tier investors, they are rapidly expanding their operational capacity to support an increasing volume of data initiatives.
The Role
The company is hiring its first Operations Lead , a foundational role responsible for building and scaling the entire data operations function.
This is a highly entrepreneurial position where you will work across a broad set of operational initiatives, including :
- Establishing and managing data partnerships with content owners
- Identifying creative and novel sources for new datasets
- Building and scaling a distributed human workforce
- Designing and improving human QA processes
- Owning operational workflows that directly support engineering and customer needs
- Driving strategic initiatives that shape the company's long-term operations roadmap
You will own these initiatives end-to-end, collaborate closely with leadership, and make decisions that significantly influence how the company grows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving hard operational and technical problems, and wants to make an outsized impact at an early-stage AI company.
