Key Responsibilities

Provide daily benefits support and address inquiries from team members

Maintain and improve benefits programs and processes as the business scales

Conduct regular audits of benefits and assist with the annual open enrollment process

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in benefits administration

Experience in technology, international, or M&A environments

Proficient in Google Workspace preferred

Strong analytical skills and ability to implement solutions

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of team members
