Customer Service Representative

We at Mr. Appliance of Owings Mills are looking for qualified professionals to join our team. As a highly rated appliance repair franchise in the Baltimore and surrounding areas, we frequently have job openings for technicians, managers, and support personnel. This is a part time work from home position. Training will be conducted in person or online and is usually about 2-3 weeks. As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Mr. Appliance on support calls. You are responsible for all aspects of customer service as well as dealing with outside vendors/3rd party warranty and property management companies . Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
• Complete work orders, return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, order parts, and communicate with outside vendors/3rd party customers
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

• Minimum two years admin experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
• Positive Attitude
• Team player who can work independently

Compensation: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
