About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Digital Growth Performance Marketing to take on a pivotal role in architecting and scaling a full-funnel, revenue-driven growth engine. This hands-on, builder position is ideal for a senior marketing leader with a strong background in performance, growth, or digital marketing, particularly in the education sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and scaling the digital performance marketing strategy, leading acquisition, lifecycle, and retention strategies, and driving market entry and expansion. A key aspect of the role is the direct management of a substantial digital performance marketing budget, and the development of growth forecasts, attribution models, and ROI dashboards. The role requires a leader who is data-driven, ideation-oriented, and highly collaborative, with a proven track record in PE-backed, founder-led, or high-growth environments.
Applicants for the Vice President, Digital Growth Performance Marketing role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in relevant leadership roles, with a focus on scaling multi-site, multi-market, enrollment-driven businesses.
