Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound support requests via email, Slack, and scheduled calls
Provide proactive training for heavy users on new features
Support troubleshooting for iOS, Android, and web applications, including AI-powered analytics
Required Qualifications
Experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in work or personal projects
Understanding of AI agents and user interactions with them
Comfort with troubleshooting across web, iOS, and Android platforms
