$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for full-time hires only. This will be paid out in quarterly installments in the first year of hire.

Position : Physical Therapy Assistant

Pay Range : $35.00 - $45.00 / HR DOE

Location : Fir Lane Care , 2430 N. 13th St., Shelton, WA 98584

What you will do :

  • Optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses
  • Devise a creative and effective team-based treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders
  • Help resident restore their physical function and mobility

Must have :

  • Compassion for residents
  • Forward Thinking
  • Effective communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills that can motivate patients
  • Must have a valid Washington PTA credentials that is in good standing
  • Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred

    Compensation for roles at Fir Lane Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Fir Lane Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Fir Lane Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below :

    Pay Range : $35.00 - $45.00 / HR DOE
