Responsibilities

• Launching and leading the ServiceNow practice
• Running P&L, driving productivity and improving utilization
• Understanding client needs : Analyze business processes, pain points, and desired outcomes to recommend suitable ServiceNow solutions
• Solution design : Craft technical blueprints for ServiceNow implementations, considering existing infrastructure, scalability, and integrations
• Estimating & quoting : Prepare proposals with detailed cost estimates and implementation timelines
• Guiding technical teams throughout the implementation process, suggesting improvements for efficiency and scalability
• Staying updated : Continuously learn about new ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends
• Participating in sales pitches and presentations
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, product vendors and partners
• Developing internal best practices and a center of excellence

This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to : geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range : $220,000 - $275,000. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
