Adjunct Faculty - Biology The Department of Biological and Behavioral Sciences has a need for part-time, non-tenure-track lecturers to teach 1-3 undergraduate courses in biology. These may include microbiology with lab, anatomy & physiology with lab, or introduction to life sciences, as well as other courses offered in the department. Positions will be filled on an as-needed basis. Applications will be kept on file indefinitely and referenced regularly as classes are being planned. Qualifications Successful candidates must have:

• a graduate degree in the appropriate discipline (preferred)

or

• a bachelor’s degree in the discipline along with five (5) years of experience and a graduate degree in another field.

Benefits / Compensation Adjunct Faculty members are not eligible for University Benefits. Compensation for each course will be based on qualifications and experience of the applicant, and will be determined during the planning for each course.
