As a member of our Float Pool, you'll gain valuable experience by rotating between the ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

As a Float Pool RN, you will be responsible for coordinating comprehensive patient care, using your clinical judgment to create the safest environment for our patients. You will anticipate changes in patient conditions and effectively implement care plans, ensuring that you deliver therapeutic nursing care based on the latest evidence and best practices.

Your responsibilities will include :

Licenses & Certifications :

Registered Nurse license issued by the state, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Education :

Completion of an accredited nursing program is required.

Required Functional Experience :

Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Skills :

Proven ability to provide holistic patient care and communicate effectively with diverse populations.
