This role provides expert technical support for the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) / Scorecard application automates workflows integrates new functionalities and leverages quantitative metrics to enhance help desk operations. The developer collaborates closely with help desk management to identify process improvements ensure system reliability and optimize user Responsibilities : Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet operational technical support and ongoing maintenance for the KPI / Scorecard workflows and integrate new features to improve help desk service help desk performance using quantitative metrics and generate actionable and manage scorecard metrics (e.g. call volume ticket resolution customer satisfaction).Collaborate with management to identify and implement process system reliability and optimize user experience through advanced metrics data-driven decision-making with timely and accurate performance and maintain the organizational Workforce ManagementWork in a Call Center environment providing detailed reports utilizing Qualifications : Proficiency in C# Framework Java Python JavaScript and other languages used for API development and experience in developing consuming and integrating APIs (REST SOAP GraphQL) including making API calls and managing data with data formats such as JSON XML and database skills including writing and optimizing queries (SQL / NoSQL) data modeling schema management and performance of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data have Three to Five years of Hands-on experience with the following : C# JavaScript CSS HTML jQuery with SQL PostgreSQL and Oracle database. .NET technologiesSoft Skills : Effective communication and collaboration with technical teams stakeholders and attention to detail in handling data and API and adaptability in problem-solving and ensuring continuity of to continuous improvement and operational Qualifications : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent in C# Framework3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and Java programming in enterprise with KPI / Scorecard design workflow automation and performance to translate business requirements into technical solutions and present findings to track record of delivering results in a fast-paced dynamic Requirement : Ability to obtain a Public TrustOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
