Job Scope : Provide technical direction and supervision to a team of engineers and designers, ensuring timely delivery of process engineering services within budget and meeting quality expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Lead process engineering projects
- Develop and review process designs, estimates, and specifications
- Ensure safety, quality, and cost control
- Collaborate with clients and project teams
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Participate in business development and sales activities
Requirements :
15+ years of pulp and paper engineering experienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Chemical EngineeringProfessional Engineering registration highly preferredStrong leadership, communication, and project management skillsProficient in CAD software, Microsoft Office, and project simulation toolsIdeal Candidate : A seasoned pulp and paper engineering professional with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
