Job Scope : Provide technical direction and supervision to a team of engineers and designers, ensuring timely delivery of process engineering services within budget and meeting quality expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Lead process engineering projects
- Develop and review process designs, estimates, and specifications
- Ensure safety, quality, and cost control
- Collaborate with clients and project teams
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Participate in business development and sales activities
Requirements :
Ideal Candidate : A seasoned pulp and paper engineering professional with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
