Job Title : Document Processor

Pay Rate : $18 / hour

Shift : Assigned between 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM (location varies based on workload)

Location : On-site at various regional offices in Louisiana

Job Type : Contract (Estimated 25–52 weeks, depending on region)

Overview :

TEKsystems is hiring Document Processors to support a large-scale digitization initiative across regional offices in Louisiana. This project involves converting physical records into secure digital formats to improve accessibility and efficiency. This mission is critical, and we’re looking for driven individuals who take pride in contributing to meaningful, purpose-driven work.

This role may include responsibilities in both document preparation and scanning, depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Document Preparation :

• Organize and prepare physical documents for scanning (remove staples, paper clips, sort files)
• Lift and move boxes of records (Approx. 35-50 pounds)
• Maintain document integrity and order
