Shift : 1st Shift, Monday-Friday (7 AM-3 : 30 PM)

As a Manufacturing Quality Control Inspector in West Hartford, you'll be the one making sure every piece coming off the line meets top standards. Your attention to detail keeps production running smoothly and customers coming back.

What It Takes :

• Schooling : High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Background : Minimum of 2 years of experience in production or inspection, and proficiency with precision measurement tools (micrometers, gauges, surface plates, etc.)helps you hit your stride.
• Sharp Eyes : You notice what others overlook.
• Physical Ability : Stay on your feet, handle materials safely, and keep pace with the crew.
• Team Mentality : Reliable, steady, and proud to be part of a crew that values doing things right.

What You''ll Do :

You'll be right on the floor where the action happens. You'll inspect, measure, and track the quality that keeps production steady. You'll spot issues before they become problems and work with the crew to keep everything safe and smooth.
