Your Job Summary

The referral intake coordinator will be responsible for sending out new referrals and supporting the business development team.

Principal Responsibilities

• Send out new referrals received through the web portal
• Enter leads into Point Click Care (PCC)
• Support the business development team.
• Data entry.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred (but not necessary).
• Familiarity with long- term care and / or health care services useful.
• Presents professional image through appearance, behavior and speech.
