Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Required Skills:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited CSWE institution
- Minimum of two years of recent experience as an LCSW within the last three years
- Current, active, and unrestricted state license to practice as an LCSW
- Valid U.S. Citizenship, lawful permanent residency, green card, or H1B visa with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (online courses not accepted)
- Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in similar healthcare or mental health facilities
- Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiency
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Crisis intervention or trauma-informed care experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduate degree from a fully accredited School of Social Work (CSWE)
- At least two years of recent clinical social work experience
- Certification in specialized therapeutic modalities is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Availability to provide services Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM; schedules are scheduled as needed, with no guaranteed hours
- Security clearance can take approximately 6-8 weeks from compliance documentation approval
- Submission of resume with work gaps explained, skills checklist, two references, BLS certification, and active license
- Flexibility to work in a secure, clinical environment with adherence to all applicable laws and policies
Compensation for this role is highly competitive, with an hourly pay rate of $44.01.
