Corporate Counsel

Our client is a leading supplier in their sector, offering products to major retail and food manufacturing companies worldwide. They are experiencing rapid growth and seeking a Corporate Counsel to join their team.

Responsibilities :

This role will be providing legal support to the executive team. You will be responsible for overseeing legal matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic legal advice to support our corporate operations.

Salary : $250,000 - $300,000 (depending on experience)

Desired Skills :

• Active member of CA State Bar
• 4+ years of law firm or in-house legal experience
• Knowledge of employment matters, commercial contracts, and corporate governance principles and compliance requirements
• Experience within the food service or similar industry (preferred)
