What is Super Day

Its an accelerated hiring event that will give recent graduates the unique opportunity to land this role in just one day ! We will host it January 5th at Perpay HQ in Philadelphia. Selected candidates will tour the office meet the team and experience a fast-tracked interview process. The Role : Learn the craft grow with our marketplace

Were expanding into new product categories and looking for an Assistant Category Manager eager to learn retail fundamentals in a data-driven this entry-level role youll support Category Managers on merchandising projects : sourcing and onboarding vendors building assortments cleaning and maintaining product data monitoring pricing and availability and helping improve total cost of ownership (TCO) for our customers. Youll work closely with your manager check in frequently and take on projects with greater autonomy as you rampprogressing toward managing your own portfolio of vendors and product categories over time.

Note : This role supports categories and projects vs. owning a dedicated category on day one. As you develop youll earn autonomy on a defined portfolio of vendors / product categories
