We are seeking an IT Delivery Manager, DevOps to continue leading our enterprise technology programs that modernize systems, simplify processes, and deliver measurable business value. This role partners closely with IT and business leaders to drive execution through strong program governance, agile practices, and disciplined delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise agile and DevOps program management, including sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery oversight for IT business solutions.
- Own the master roadmap for IT systems, operations, and process simplification initiatives, ensuring alignment to business priorities.
- Develop and maintain technology product roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholders.
- Drive process improvement workflows from intake through delivery, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between IT and business partners, ensuring clear communication and aligned execution.
- Provide analysis and reporting on productivity, efficiencies, and value delivered, clearly articulating the business impact ("the so what").
- Lead prioritization, planning, and resource load balancing across programs and initatives.
- Develop and manage program budgets, identifying optimization opportunities while maintaining strong financial and audit controls.
- Oversee large-scale implementations in a DevOps environment, ensuring consistent execution and delivery discipline.
Qualifications
