ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and is a close-knit team of four who work together toward shared goals every day. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years as a State Farm team member, and Ive been in the insurance world since I was 16 years old. That lifelong experience gives me a deep understanding of the business and a strong appreciation for what it takes to build a successful, supportive office.
Ive been married for almost 20 years and have two boys. Were also a military family, so commitment, teamwork, and resilience are values that are very important to me and shape the way I lead the agency.
Our team members earn PTO monthly, with up to 15 days available, and have access to top-producer bonuses, as well as weekly and monthly prizes based on performance. We also offer annual production bonuses, licensing reimbursement, and after 90 days, we cover life, disability, and hospital supplemental policies.
