Sr. Tableau Developer & Data Engineer

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an BUSINESS INTELLIGNCE DEVELOPER for a FULL TIME assignment with one of our premier RESAURANT INDUSTRY clients in DALLAS, TX .

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to join our team as the company continues to scale across multiple brands. The right individual will possess experience in all stages of Business Intelligence project work (requirements and logical design, physical design, implementation, testing, and deployment). The BI Developer should have a firm grasp of Business Intelligence implementation methodologies and in-depth experience with Tableau Desktop. This role is critical to meeting the significantly increased demand for data analytics, reporting, and automation, by providing data source and reporting support in cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• years of industry experience analyzing large datasets in MS SQL Server and creating data visualizations utilizing Tableau Desktop.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, SQL, and Python.
• Working experience with Snowflake.
• Working experience with API integration using Python and / or PowerShell
• Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud data warehouses.
• Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and optimize performance.
• Strong validation skills to ensure accurate data representation.
• Self-driven individual capable of solving complex problems independently.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A genuine interest in growing with the team.
• A bachelor's degree in economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or an equivalent combination of education / experience
