RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct comprehensive profit and loss analysis, financial modeling, and business performance reviews.
• Manage accounts payable, payroll functions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Administer cash flow and treasury management, including monitoring of banking activities and relationships.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including board members and external auditors.
• Oversee asset management, governmental and grant accounting, and foundation reporting.
