Service Advisor

Our Large Auto Dealership is looking for experienced, professional, and motivated individuals to join our team! Ideal candidates will have superior customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to stay motivated and productive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consult and interpret customer needs for the technicians
• Utilize exemplary customer service and sales skills to drive sales
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters
• Understand customers’ problems and arrange for appropriate service
• Prioritize required services, and offer options
• Set and manage the expectations of the service delivery for both the customers and technicians
• Continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience is preferred.
• CDK proficiency preferred
• Exemplary customer service skills and sales skills are a must
• Phenomenal follow-up skills
• Able to work in a high volume environment and multi-task
• High energy and positive attitude
• Professional personal appearance
• Time management skills needed
• Must be organized
