[job_card.job_description]Tell the firm’s story, earn trust, and become the go-to RIA for referrals Meet with referred prospects, listen deeply, and convert them into long-term clients Partner closely with advisors, planning, and operations to ensure a world-class onboarding experience 3–5+ years in wealth management, RIA, Schwab / Fidelity, or private client BD Proven track record originating and closing new relationships Series 65 / 66 (or ability to obtain in a reasonable timeframe) Coachable, collaborative, and comfortable in a high-expectation, high-support environment Target total comp in the $150K–$225K+ range (base / draw + revenue share) Health, 401(k) with match, disability, life Hybrid schedule ( 3 days in-office / 2 remote ) + 30-day sabbatical every 5 years
Compensation : Target $150,000–$225,000+ (base / draw + production) with upside based on results
We’re hiring a Senior Financial Consultant (Business Development) on behalf of our client—a growing, independent fee-only RIA with offices in Texas and Colorado. This role is the tip of the spear for growth through the Schwab Advisor Network and other warm referral channels.
