We’re hiring a Senior Financial Consultant (Business Development) on behalf of our client—a growing, independent fee-only RIA with offices in Texas and Colorado. This role is the tip of the spear for growth through the Schwab Advisor Network and other warm referral channels.

What you’ll do :
Tell the firm’s story, earn trust, and become the go-to RIA for referralsMeet with referred prospects, listen deeply, and convert them into long-term clientsPartner closely with advisors, planning, and operations to ensure a world-class onboarding experienceWhat you bring :
3–5+ years in wealth management, RIA, Schwab / Fidelity, or private client BDProven track record originating and closing new relationshipsSeries 65 / 66 (or ability to obtain in a reasonable timeframe)Coachable, collaborative, and comfortable in a high-expectation, high-support environmentWhat’s on the table :
