Key Responsibilities
Aligns HR strategy with business strategy and analyzes trends to develop solutions and recommendations
Ensures compliance with employment laws and prepares reports related to employee activities
Provides coaching to leadership on employee relations, talent management, and organizational design
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a business-related field
Five to eight years of HR experience, including two years in talent acquisition and HR Business Partner roles
Three years of experience manipulating data in Microsoft Excel
Healthcare industry experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
