A company is looking for an Appeals and Grievances Dismissal Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage a caseload through the complete case lifecycle, including outreach and dismissal
Analyze appeals and grievances for eligibility based on Medicaid and Medicare guidelines
Draft and issue clear and compliant outreach and dismissal letters
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Work experience in appeals and grievances or a healthcare environment
Experience handling complex situations and / or projects
Microsoft Office Suite application work experience
Customer service experience, including resolving escalated complaints
