Uphold service standards that contribute to a positive guest experience. Minimum 2 years of kitchen or culinary experience in a supervisory or lead role. Experience in hospitality, resort, or wellness settings is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness and food safety. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. ServSafe Food Handler or Manager certification. First Aid / CPR certification is a plus. Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced F&B Supervisor to support daily kitchen operations at Zion Canyon Hot Springs. The ideal candidate will lead kitchen staff in delivering high-quality food in a timely, safe, and professional manner. This hands-on role is essential in maintaining food safety standards, coordinating meal preparation, and ensuring a clean, efficient kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations & Food Preparation :
- Supervise all back-of-house operations during shifts, ensuring food is prepared, cooked, and presented to quality standards.
- Assist with food prep and line cooking as needed during peak hours.
- Ensure all kitchen areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with health codes and sanitation standards.
- Oversee and support inventory rotation (FIFO), stock levels, and communicate supply needs to the Food & Beverage Manager.
