Loan Servicing Specialist

A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist Level I.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and submit accurate customer credit reports to major credit bureaus

Process payments, account updates, and respond to servicing requests

Ensure compliance with regulations and meet deadlines for project completion

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of loan servicing operations (unsecured lending preferred)

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

High School Diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience in an equivalent field

Knowledge of E-Oscar is a plus
