Our Case Managers Registered Nurses (RN) are responsible for partnering with the Clinical Director and team to administer and coordinate skilled nursing care to patients requiring home care services. Services are provided in accordance with physician's orders, under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Director and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and the policies of the organization.

The Weekend Baylor RN's schedule is every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) from 7 : 00AM - 8 : 00PM, as well four (4) hours on Mondays to conduct follow-ups with providers and / or complete documentation. This is a full-time, exempt (salary) position.

RN with a bachelor's degree in nursing and one year of related working experience
