Job Title : Analyst, Technology

Position Details :

• Location : I-20 @ Alpine Road; Columbia, South Carolina 29219 - Partially onsite - 3 days onsite per week (Onsite : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday& Remote : Monday & Friday).
• Work Schedule : Monday thru Friday, 40 hours / week.

Team Name : Identity Services

Required Work Experience : 4 Years specific knowledge of the technology(s), product(s), and / or processes to be supported. 1 Year directly supporting the technology(s), product(s), and / or processes. (may be concurrent)

Required Education : Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or other job-related field or 4 years of job-related work experience or 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology or other job-related degree.

REQUIRED technologies : Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, RSA, Secret Server, Windows server administration.

PREFERRED / NICE TO HAVE : Quest (RMAD), Venafi, UserLock, ADHQ, Scripting in Powershell and / or Python.

Day to day : This job is for an operational role supporting these technologies. Operational roles can include working with the team to upgrade or make changes to the tools to maintain security and compliance. Also, this will be focused primarily on customer request or issues.

Team Structure : The team consists of (9) talented engineers who work on various projects related to Medicare HVA many SSO integrations. We also handle upgrades to some of our major applications and agents, ensuring that they are up to date and secure. We are a collaborative and customer-oriented team that values troubleshooting skills and feedback.
