Next Level Connections is actively hiring a Customer Consultant to join our in-person sales team. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are enthusiastic, driven, and interested in developing long-term professional skills in sales and customer relations.


You will work closely with customers and team members to expand product outreach while delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role is based in the greater Cincinnati area and requires in-person collaboration.


Training & Experience

• Paid training provided

• Customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required
  
  
• Must be at least 18 years of age
  
  

Responsibilities

• Identify and support new sales opportunities
  
  
• Deliver consistent, professional customer service
  
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships using a solution-focused approach
  
  
• Support merchandising and daily operational tasks
  
  
• Assist with customer acquisition and account support
  
  
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
