Job Summary :

• Responsible for assisting physicians and nurses in providing quality patient care. Essential Responsibilities :
• Collect appropriate data and perform testing to prepare patient for physician visit.
• Maintain patient flow through the clinic.
• Pull patient voicemails and process messages to the nurses as appropriate.
• Complete patient refills as requested by both patient and pharmacy, ensuring appropriate lbs are ordered as needed and protocol is followed.
• Assist nurses with patient messages as necessary.
• Assist nurses with reviewing physician blue book as necessary.
