The Position

Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Lead Human Resource Generalist performs a variety of highly responsible professional, technical, and analytical activities in support of McKinley's Human Resources department across assigned areas such as Labor and Employee Relations, Recruitment / Onboarding, HR Data Analytics, Compliance, and Compensation.

Compensation and Benefits :

The pay range we're offering is $27.00 - $33.00 hourly rate (Based) on education and experience.
