Engineering at StackAdapt : As an Engineering Manager I at StackAdapt, you will be directly involved in the development of our advertising platform, producing production level code that will have a direct impact on the success of our product. You will work with large data sets and have exposure to modern tech stacks around GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL and more. StackAdapt's engineering organization believes in working collaboratively and cross functionally. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 talented engineers within full-stack web engineering
• Make a positive impact on the team's productivity and growth
• Act as a hands-on manager and participate in project design and implementation
• Promote software development best practices and conduct rigorous code reviews
• Plan and architect scalable web APIs and backend systems, and build UI components
• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to ensure requirements and priorities align
• Conduct interviews to attract and identify potential high-performing candidates
• Balance and prioritize projects to maximize efficiency and ensure company objectives are achieved
