What Youll Do
Direct and oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, audits, and compliance.Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including GAAP compliance.Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for 40+ hotel assets.Establish and monitor internal controls while driving process improvements and financial best practices.Partner with the CEO, President, and Operations leadership on real estate transactions, capital projects, and long-term financial planning.Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring smooth daily operations including AP / AR, reconciliations, and tax compliance.Oversee corporate insurance programs, employee benefit plans, and vendor relationships.What Were Looking For
10+ years of hotel or hospitality accounting / finance experience, with progressive leadership responsibility.Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.Proven ability to lead multi-property financial operations and teams.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.Compensation & Benefits
