Job Summary

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for the stability, performance, and ongoing improvement of production software systems that support critical business and manufacturing operations. This role combines hands-on technical expertise, ensuring that software applications remain reliable, well-supported, and aligned with operational needs. The position places a strong emphasis on troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing existing systems rather than greenfield development.

Job Responsibilities

Production Software Support

• Provide day-to-day support for mission-critical production software systems, ensuring high availability.
• Diagnose and resolve software, data, and system issues impacting manufacturing.
• Work closely with operations, engineering, and production teams to understand user requirements.
• Implement bug fixes, performance improvements, and minor enhancements.
• Establish and follow best practices for change management, version control, and deployments.
