Clinical Director (BCBA) (TX) - Full-time

Job Summary:

The Clinical Director is responsible for the development of ABA services in the Texas region. They provide oversight of the day-to-day operations including but not limited to staffing cases, identifying capacity, running and analyzing reports that indicate program success and creating and implementing action plans and communicating needs to clinical director.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in human services or health-related field (preferably Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis)
• At least 3 years' experience working with individuals needing BCBA intervention. (5+ years preferred)
