Job Summary & Responsibilities

Receiving parts from various suppliers throughout the day and prepare for put away of materials

Confirming accurate parts and quantities based on the Purchase Order and Packing List received.

Assisting with labeling and putting away parts

Researching items where there is inconsistency in the orders with Purchasing team

Partnering with Purchasing team to ensure timely receipt of goods.

Completing Work Orderless, RMA's and Reworks Receipts accurately and timely.

Qualifications

College

Forklift operations,

shipping and receiving experience,

Customs filing experience

Computer experience- ERP system experience- Oracle- Microsoft Outlook, Excel
