Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale the ambulatory sales organization by building a high-performing team and creating effective sales plans
Drive strategic market expansion through the execution of go-to-market strategies and identification of new revenue opportunities
Deliver revenue accountability by managing pipeline generation, forecasting, and ensuring rigorous sales planning
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in healthcare, SaaS, med-tech, or health services
Demonstrated success managing a regional or national book of business with $20M+ revenue accountability
Proven experience leading hybrid business development and account management teams
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business training preferred
Experience with CRM platforms and advanced forecasting / reporting tools
