As an Analytics Director on the Open Banking Analytics Team, you'll be driving data and analytics strategy, execution, and innovation for Open Banking capabilities to support customers and external parties and ensure secure data sharing for our customers. You will work closely with quad partners (Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk) to identify opportunities, deliver actionable insights, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the analytics roadmap aligned with Open Banking's business objectives
• Champion a data-driven culture and promote analytics best practices across the team and quad partners
• Collaborate with quad partners to understand business needs, define analytics requirements, and deliver impactful solutions
• Communicate complex analytics concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategy and decision-making
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics solutions, including dashboards, predictive models, and reporting tools
• Ensure analytics solutions are scalable, robust, and deliver measurable business value
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing analytics team, fostering professional growth and collaboration
• Oversee data quality, integrity, and governance for all analytics initiatives
• Partner with Technology and Data teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient data management
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in payments analytics
• Drive continuous improvement in analytics methodologies, tools, and processes
